An even newer version of the European Civic Mugen has been revealed. The improved version contains a unique engine with incredible power and torque. Combined with the already impressive components designed by MUGEN, the Honda Civic type R embodies the R series philosophy completely. The new MUGEN 2.2 is yet to be released, but it may be possible for older versions to be refitted with the new engine.  Too bad it won’t be sold in the States
